Benefits are ok. Some workers are really good at what they do.

Cons

This is the worst-run company I’ve ever worked for. Low pay, disregard for employees, understaffed, poor communication, poor management. I would be surprised if this company is still around for much longer.

Management after acquisition inconsistent, a lot of change, stopped caring about their customer base, high amount of product issues

Pros

Good benefits and PTO. Some really smart and awesome employees.

Cons

Pay is far below industry standard and raises are out of the question. Huge pay discrepancies within teams. Teams are critically understaffed and no one is hired to remedy it - employees are far overworked and underpaid. Product team is dismissive and condescending to feedback. Management is absent and unhelpful. Turnover is VERY high. The products themselves are a struggle too - both internally and for customers. I would not recommend working for this company.
