Pros

Some of the consultants are decent. Pay was fine.

Cons

Compensation based on attending company events, posting mandatory positive ratings of the company, and soliciting your previous employers for work. Note that craftsmanship isn't a criteria. This company is solely committed to acquisitions; this is not a company for technologists. CEO revealed his true self by saying blatantly racist and homophobic things during a company town hall. When scolded, he noted that the company has a minority in the executive ranks. Extracurricular activities, including travel in which spouses are not allowed, are de facto requirements to be considered a good employee. Company hires junior talent and places them over their heads. They will bleed customers dry without considering long term relationships.

Pros

Great Coffee, Snacks and Events

Cons

While I was there 3 full time employees over the age of 45 were let go for the same position on the same small team and were replaced with a younger employee.

Pros

Great Teams with smart engineers willing to help. Committed to culture and Go-Beyond attitude.

Cons

Consulting / Professional Services is hard work. Above your daily tasks, the expectation is that you are growing your skills, and involved in culture.
