Pros

- 4 day work week - global presence - kind coworkers / employees

Cons

- lack of transparency from the leaders - no/poor communication between departments - strange business strategies (not focused on growth, only focused on maintaining existing rev) - often threw huge changes on employees with no communication until day of - change adverse - US benefits were pretty poor compared to other companies - no loyalty to employees, although they pretend to be on LinkedIn and in PR posts

Pros

Remote work 4 day work week, book club, pay, insurance when it wasn't messed up.

Cons

company is remote but does not communicate at all outside of Australia from Australia team. Company is world wide but comms need work. Last minute townhall meetings with no notice to move meetings around. No visibility into how the systems work, company is yrs old but just starting to document things. 5 star google reviews they tout but clients are not really that happy with them and they fail at the basics of customer service so feels like you are always swimming upstream. They use google docs etc so no real company control over user access etc. If you have an ask for a diff. dept. be prepared to ask again and again and again because they will not complete it unless you do, things get dropped a lot.

Pros

Nothing good to say. Seriously the managers are hypocritical

Cons

This company is a joke. Management is plagued by conflicts of interest and doesn't listen to the needs of the agents. I've been sold a dream and when I arrive, it's a nightmare. They preach trust and transparency, liars God complex but they don't practice what they preach. The head office managers are horrible and think they're God, and no one can tell them they're doing a terrible job. They all lack empathy and interpersonal skills. Everyone secretly hates them, but most of us suffer in silence. We can't talk to anyone because we're all afraid of being blackballed if we want to apply for a new job. Many employees don't have the opportunity to evolve because they want to give every opportunity to agents from the Philippines because they pay them $5 an hour. But no one in North America can have opportunities. Worst of all, they promote work culture that doesn't exist. Nobody knows why there's HR, they're way too lazy and unreachable. The current environment discourages annual raises, fostering negativity instead of supporting agents. Excessive censorship and malpractices prevail." i've noticed a concerning trend: the focus on negativity hinders annual raises, rather than empowering agents. Excessive censorship and malpractices undermine morale. There appears to be an imbalance in the compensation and recognition process. Agents face challenges in receiving annual raises due to: 1. Overemphasis on negativity 2. Excessive censorship 3. Malpractices
