I was terminated for not working on Easter Sunday. My boss had sent my an email that morning that I didn't see until that night. The email had a list of his work that he needed me to do before Monday morning.
ZERO on-boarding or training. I spent over four hours of my first day in my ASMs car, cold-calling from a spreadsheet, while he would walk into doctor's offices.
I was not given a script, or told how to speak with the people I was calling, or even a general overview about what we were selling. My only training came from reviewing the products on the company website. Needless to say, the gatekeepers were not impressed and getting a meeting was next to impossible.
During that same first day, I was in the car when my manager took a call from his boss. The call was on speaker and I overheard a conversation regarding another Territory Manager and the possibility of firing him. That TM had come over to InMode with my two bosses from another company only a few months prior.
My offer letter contained no quota or commission plan. When I asked about this, I was given three separate answers about what I could expect for my commission.

On the topic of my former bosses - these were two people who have absolutely no skills when it comes to managing people. I believe they are both decent salespeople, but they are completely inept when it comes to leading and providing guidance and support.
The list could go on and on. I was only there a week and it was the worst working experience that I, or anyone I've spoken to about it, has ever heard of.
