      This is one of the best-run companies I have ever worked for! An exciting and fast-paced work environment means there is never a dull moment. Strong leadership and a highly dynamic group make for a fun yet professional corporate culture. This an impressive team that is passionately focused on exceeding client expectations wherever possible. The company investments heavily in R&D which reflects InTouchLink's commitment to leading with innovative and useful new features in an ever-emerging landscape. This is an incredibly high-powered team driven by stellar individuals who are committed to ‘make things happen’ for their clients.

      Innovative Software - Progressive company

      Cons

      Company run by the CEO who has zero engagement with staff. Managers just take orders from him and have little power otherwise. They undersell their product for the quick cash, short changing the future of the company. Commission plan written in a way that gives Account Exec's no chance of being paid for what they sell, and no legal recourse should the company decide not to pay them for their work. Adversarial relationship with their own sales crew. Be wary.
