Pros

I have been with the company for a long time and have a deep respect for the executive team at ICE. They believe in rewarding hard work and are as honest as they come. Careers here are what you make of it. You can come in and grind and make very good money or take a million smoke breaks and complain how you haven't made any money. Lunch is served everyday for every shift along with a drink, you can't beat a free lunch. I am not saying it is always great but the company is located around several places that deliver. healthcare is available after 90 days

unfortunately at this point in time there is no 401K plan available
