Increff reviews

Four years at Increff gave me something no MBA could: the experience of building systems at real scale, with real stakes, alongside people who genuinely cared about doing it right. The WMS codebase I worked on serves some of India's largest retailers. The pressure is real, but so is the support. I never once felt like I was alone on a hard problem. The founders are technically sharp and still deeply involved — a code review comment from the CTO is not unusual. That sets a tone that cascades through the whole engineering org. ESOP realisation on my way out was handled smoothly and fairly, and the references I got from leadership opened doors I hadn't even knocked on yet. I'm proud to say Increff shaped the engineer and the person I am today.

There's a version of a PM job where you spend most of your time in status meetings, writing decks nobody reads, and chasing engineers to ship features. Increff is the opposite of that. From my second month here I was in rooms with enterprise clients, understanding their operations firsthand, and translating that into product decisions that actually shipped. The trust leadership extends to PMs is genuinely rare. The warrior culture they talk about isn't aggressive — it's about caring deeply and refusing to do mediocre work. My manager has pushed me harder than I've pushed myself, and I'm grateful for it. Add in the comprehensive health coverage, a leave policy that doesn't make you feel guilty for taking time off, and colleagues who become genuine friends — this place has my full heart.
