- Friendly coworkers
- Remote work
- Lots of work to be done
Cons
Not necessarily a con personally per se, but maybe for some - very startup culture in the sense pivots are expected and there is a heavy learn as you go mentality with little structure.
- The product is amazing, and from the start something really easy to get behind and become excited about
- Ability to constantly be learning and testing new things
- Ability to really pave your own path in your career interests
- Collaboration among the team. Everyone is quick to help out where needed, and most importantly fosters a culture where everyone's opinion is heard and discussed - without risk of uncomfortable backlash or unwanted arguments. Also, the sense of humor on this team is top-notch :)
- Remote-work friendly
Cons
Much like any startup, you are doing A LOT all the time with very limited resources and tight timeline turnarounds. This is not something for everyone - which is OK.
