Ask about the results of their latest employee satisfaction survey. Abysmal. Company underwent a major restructuring in August 2022 where the Board fired the founder and former CEO of the company, among other key employees. Since then, the company has gone downhill rapidly. Employees were told after a 50% reduction in force in the Fall 2022, that the company could now move forward and build a new ideology. Instead, employees were let go little by little after that until only a select few remained who had proved themselves useful to the Board, presumably. Management and the Board of Directors have no idea about the day-to-day operations of the company and don’t care to find out. Only the bottom line matters to them which has resulted in the obliteration of the once flourishing company culture. My advice: RUN don’t walk away from this company.

Several engineers who left or were let go were with the company for 6+ years, often working long hours or authoring designs that are used now, and took extended time before seeking new employment. Some managers were very good and will work alongside their employees. Unfortunately, many have had their hands tied around company culture outside of their team, as that is usually Hr's job. The company seemed to promote its first black employee after being in business for 12 years, and is currently engaged in a lawsuit over a host of civil rights allegations. That promoted employee resigned within a year of promotion.
