      Pros

      I feel like I have a voice in the organization and the leadership team cares about my input. They want to listen, make changes, and to continue to improve. Flexible working environment and they understand we have lives outside of work. My manager works with me and has always been flexible with time off.

      Cons

      With a smaller organization experiencing a lot of rapid growth, there will always be growing pains. I think if you are the type of person who knows how to manage yourself, you're a self-starter and internally motivated, then you will do well here.

      The recruitment and onboarding to InductiveHealth Informatics was 5 star. From start to finish I knew exactly what to expect. Salary conversations are an honest open exchange. Once I started I realized that the staff that Inductive Health Informatics is recruiting for is at the expert level I felt honored to be selected to be a part of the team. The organization is a strategic growth process and it is exciting to be a part of.

      Long hours, many hats for certain positions. Others seem to have good work-life balance. Workload is becoming more reasonable as we catch up on hiring to meet growth needs.
