      You don't need to worry too much about this company, since once you have a project, you can ignore everything within this company and focus on your work.

      Cons

      Terrible communication, terrible HR department, too irresponsible and unprofessional overall. People don't get paid, people are getting black mailed and refused to get their last paycheck when resigning. Also, rates are average and you get no perks.
