      Pros

      ITI provides a culture that treats each employee with respect, and they value their people, not just what their employees can provide to the company.

      Cons

      Employees work from all over the country (some remote), so it makes it difficult to connect with the coworkers that you don't see on a regular basis.

      Whenever someone puts a negative review on here, you will see a campaign of current employees setting 5-star reviews. This is mandated by management as a way to tilt the rating in their favor. Questionable values and dishonest management.
