Pros

Employees get considerate benefits such as a daily home-cooked breakfast for everyone. Environment is fun and vibrant. There are decent facilities, such as a café and dedicated areas for games and sports.

Cons

A fast-paced environment can be a challenge to adapt to for some people, especially new joiners.

Pros

Nothing is good in this company

Cons

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The biggest issue is the complete lack of work-life balance. Officially, the company follows a Monday–Friday schedule, but in reality, employees are expected to work weekends as well, including Sundays. The working hours are unreasonable. A normal day often stretches from 10 AM to 7 PM, and even after that, employees are expected to continue working late into the night, sometimes until 2 AM. This happens repeatedly, leaving no personal time and causing severe burnout. Despite these excessive working hours, the compensation does not justify the workload. Employees are expected to put in extraordinary effort without receiving adequate recognition or rewards. The management and senior team provide little to no support. Instead of helping employees grow or resolving issues, employees are frequently blamed and criticized even after completing their work. Constructive guidance is rare, and appreciation is almost nonexistent. Another major issue is role mismatch. People are hired for a specific role, but once they join, they can be assigned completely unrelated work without any consideration for their skills, interests, or career goals. The company also suffers from a strong blame culture. Teams and individuals constantly shift responsibility onto one another instead of collaborating to solve problems. This creates a toxic work environment where employees feel stressed, unsupported, and undervalued. If you value work-life balance, supportive leadership, clear job responsibilities, fair compensation, and a healthy workplace culture, this is not the right place to work. I would strongly advise candidates to think carefully before joining.
