Pros
Fully Remote. 12 hours shifts. Manager/ Supervisor/ Trainer is supportive and extremely knowledgeable of the field. Kollyn, she is on call 24/7.
Cons
Low pay rates. No family insurance. No shift differential or incentives for overnight or weekend shift. Don’t provide the necessary equipment to do the job. Have to use your personal computer and phone. Have to keep track of three different platforms at once.
