Pros
Work Life balance is good. No one is allowed to work beyond 7.00 PM Learning is very good here Annual Hikes are in the range of 20-25% Get to have experience in multiple industries Chilled Work atmosphere
Cons
The Founders are intelligent but very aggressive. They need to tone down. Not everyone can think as fast as them and they should understand that. The company work culture and management is nice. I got to learn a lot but they need to go out of Bhubaneswar. It's a dead city. If this company would have been in Bangalore it would have been India famous. They are that good but sadly in a wrong place. That is majorly why I left, due to Bhubaneswar.
