No benefits. Poverty pay. Extremely poor management. Very stressful and many interruptions from management trying to micromanage and not deal with the important details.
Casual environment. Flexible PTO. Paid lunch. No premiums required from employees for insurance.
Cons
Poor management. Expected to adapt the Korean hierarchy work culture. Witnessed a senior taking other staff's(entry lvl employee's) credit. Seem like everyone is being treated equally but it wasn't entirely true. No HR. Upper management is extremely indecisive.
Flexible hours and PTO. Very relaxed work environment and very casual.
Cons
Working with teams based in Korea could sometimes prove to be a challenge but only with respect to coordinating times and dates. Language and communication were not an issue.
