Extreme attrition and turn over, you're blamed for their terrible productivity because of the underpayment of client services reps yet set high expectations. They have yet to learn the model that they use for upper management which is you get what you pay for. Oh and if you're an African American male, you can forget about truly preserving off of your talents. It's very sad and stay far away from trusting your site director they are TAINTED. That's why this company pays employees to leave positive reviews.
