      Neither qualifications nor hard work is rewarded. People of color should avoid this place if they don't want to be the figurative punching bags of all company troubles. This a pro and a con depending on who your identity and values.

      Pros

      Really interesting industry & the role gives you exposure to some of the most cutting edge companies in the world ranging from startups to Fortune 500. New management brought in last year is improving the culture & business growth but there is still work to be done.

      Cons

      Very high-level concepts to learn if you are not an engineer by training. There is some of the "old guard" culture that needs to be overcome if the company is to succeed commercially & culturally.
