Management doesn't care about it's employees, they will work you to the bone without a second thought, employees are expendable here.

The point at which a company wants a website is long before Innuity gets a hold of them. In a market that is considered somewhat of a commodity. Innuity does a horrible job of getting out to small business owners. It is a tough market to try and get traction in and Innuity does a horrible job in it.
