      Helpful insurance, but poor management and low raises

      Insurance most places take very beneficial as a parent

      Cons

      Management and senior leadership ruin the team. Raises are in cents, only way to get a better raise to apply for a higher position level but still isn’t a difference if it’s just in dollars.
