Forget about promotions—there’s no career growth here. You’ll be stuck in the same spot forever. 3. Work-life balance? Not a chance. All they care about is work, work, and more work. 4. The CEO has no clue what they’re doing. Plans change all the time, and there’s no clear direction. 5. The guy’s rude and unapproachable. Don’t even think about having a proper conversation with him. 6. You won’t have time to learn anything new or upskill yourself because of the insane workload. 7. You’ll constantly feel like you’re on the verge of getting fired if you don’t kill yourself working 100 hours a week. 8. Honestly, don’t join this company, even if you’re desperate after a career break. It’s not worth the stress, the pressure, or the burnout.

Lack of respect and appreciation for employees. Excessive workload without adequate compensation or recognition. They treat employees poorly. Do not join this company even if you are currently unemployed. There is no proper planning; they assigned me tasks in both frontend and backend development, despite my profile being that of an NLP Engineer.
