I worked at Inphi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They have fooled people into thinking they know what they are doing.

    Cons

Too much to share here but weak processes and lack of integrity from the top of the company down. It comes from the CEO on down. The so-called open culture is one big lie and the employees know it too.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company and stop lying to employees.

I have been working at Inphi full-time

    Pros

stock doing ok, some talented people and nice co-workers. Good outlook in short-term. CEO seems has vision.

    Cons

Unreasonable schedules, long hours, ask you to work on weekends for free. VERY bad place for employees that are below principal level and who wants to grow. Some inexperienced managers keep changing their mind and hold no responsibly but only takes credit when they can. Blame-shifting is often, and management likes to keep everything in secret. Compensation and benefits starts to shrink.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like normal human being, not your kids or slaves.

    Pros

Extremely talented Individuals that work as a very cohesive team
    Minimal politics and competitive benefits.
Great products, technology, high-growth company and very competitive.

    Cons

With a high-growth company comes inevitable work-related issues: high pressure, high stress, startup-like environment but who's complaining for a 30% yr-over-yr growth? All comes with the territory.

    Advice to Management

Management is extremely focused on core competency and differentiation - must now scale now scale to be a "big" company.
