Pros

downtown disney is fun, some of the guests had great stories, got to see the fireworks every night. If you can sell past quota (like 35) every shift then you can make good money.

Cons

Managers were very pushy and condescending when quota wasn't met, not a lot of support to help you get on track. Its either you know how to sell of the bat or get out of there. Training wasn't really structured and even the supervisors and assistant managers did things differently. So we all just kind of did our own thing. Turnover was ridiculous. You could be sent home early if your sales were lower than other associates. Also you have to park in downtown disney parking so that takes a long time and if you forgot to validate your ticket you'd have to pay a lot. They mostly need people at night especially the weekend so say bye to your social life.
