      Pros

      This has been a great work environment for the last 5 years. Great owner, wonderful designs, amazing clientele.

      Cons

      The only downside is that this is in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL. Some days you just wanna go to the beach instead of work.

      Bare-bones office space. No free food except coffee and espresso. Understaffed, missing opportunities. Tactical priorities frequently change.
