Poor culture by the design of management

An eye opening experience. Everything started off well and met some switched on and great people.
Cons
Management have built a negative work environment. Working at Insight IT is continually being compared to others, while being pushed out of your role once you have exceeded expectations. This is an environment not fit for progression; constant empty promises regarding pay reviews and lies (reported by multiple staff) bundled with the lack of team managers who are not knowledgeable or willing to provide guidance and topped by a director who is inconsistent and will blame others for their own mistakes. This has built a team that degrades staff for not possessing knowledge, whilst also degrading staff for asking for assistance. I do not regret my time at Insight IT, but I regret not leaving sooner.
