      One of the best companies I had the pleasure of working for. The leadership within the company really strive for success in all aspects of the business.

      Smaller company culture environment compared to a larger organization would be the only con.

      CEO shouldn't be running a McDonalds let alone a high tech startup

      Very Few. Nice people outside the CEO.

      Cons

      Tech didn't work. The CEO had to make every decision in the company. She knew how to do you job better than anyone even though she had zero experience in anything real World. Almost Zero Customers after like 10 yrs in business. Run don't walk away from this place.

Overall, it is an excellent place to learn how a startup operates.

      Because this is a startup, you are expected to get up to speed and contribute almost immediately, which can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured or slower onboarding process.
