One of the best companies I had the pleasure of working for. The leadership within the company really strive for success in all aspects of the business.
Cons
Smaller company culture environment compared to a larger organization would be the only con.
Tech didn't work.
The CEO had to make every decision in the company. She knew how to do you job better than anyone even though she had zero experience in anything real World. Almost Zero Customers after like 10 yrs in business.
Run don't walk away from this place.
This company offers a great learning environment where you can understand how a company runs from end to end. There is a strong culture of transparency, as the CEO and sales team openly share company numbers and perspectives with the entire team. The fast-paced nature of the startup ensures that you learn something new every day and get the opportunity to work on different problems regularly. You also have direct interactions with customers, which provides valuable insights into real-world problems and how solutions are developed. Overall, it is an excellent place to learn how a startup operates.
Cons
Because this is a startup, you are expected to get up to speed and contribute almost immediately, which can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured or slower onboarding process.
