Pros
Honestly, everything about the job is awesome. The employees there are hard working and a great group of talented individuals, and the CEO is probably one of, if not the best boss I've had so far in my past decade of working for a dozen or so different organizations. So much opportunity for growth, and everything feels very close-knit. Wish I was still there.
