As a CXO a "third party call center" management decisions are largely determined by the Client. Lacking self-determination as a company.

Remote work that can be done on your own equipment. Can make a good amount of money IF you are good at what you do. option of 5 total 8 hour days a week or 4 10 hour days

Cons

Burnout is real and management does not accept it.
