Sales reps work close to 7 days a week. The company is very tight with their money. They do not provide you with any tools for the job. Zero investment in their employees. Plan to drive 1000 (one thousand miles) miles a week. Management is sketchy at best, Very low quality leads. No transparency with your paycheck. Management has mandated to current employees to write positive reviews here on Glassdoor. They pay customers for positive Google reviews. You get all of this and they play with your paycheck as well! You have been warned,

- Essentially everything else. Place is Run very poorly, managers stepping out left and right, turn over rate is the highest I’ve ever witnessed. The company runs on numbers and is clearly benefiting from the sparse job market, since most folks these days HAVE to take anything they’re offered. The sales goal is essentially impossible, yet the managers claim they hit it “when they were setting appointments”. Either a sign of a long gone eta when people had more money to invest in their homes due to a less impoverished market, or a blatant fabrication. I didn’t stick around to find out.
