      Cons

      Like other reviews, management really does not have any respect for employees. If you are a favorite, you will love the atmosphere. If not, be prepared for a challenging work environment as gossip controls the office. There is no recognition for working hard and simple privileges like lunch and coffee breaks are taken away if there are no candidates for clients. There is high turnover in the office and while it is encouraged to let management know how you are feeling, requests or concerns are not listened to which is why most good employees are gone.

      It's sad to see a current employee with such a negative outlook on the organization. We as a firm would agree that gossip caused some problems at our office which is why some hard decisions were made regarding what employees were kept onboard. While your assertion that occasionally we ask employees to work through lunch is true, you left out that we would only do so if we ordered food for everyone. We try our best to make sure our employees are happy at the firm, which is why we've made some hard decisions to keep productivity up and gossip/environment toxicity down.

      Pros

      This organization worked very hard to support my book of business. I was able to open up several new accounts due to the delivery of great talent to my client. I really like that everyone is close knit and we work together as a team.

      Cons

      As a small boutique agency you have to work harder for large scale companies to work with you. Many firms did not know the Instant name. My first six months were difficult but slowly after that it really started to happen for me.

      Pros

      I was a full time recruiter for two years at Instant. The management really took their time to train and help me grow as a technical recruiter. It is a fast pace environment, so if you put in the hours to improve yourself and get up to speed quickly you will see great results. The employees work well together and you create a good bond with one another. The office has its ups and downs but that comes with the territory of recruiting. Great people, good place to learn and grow. Would recommend Instant.
