Small company with potential. Well there won’t be any growth if they keep supervisior which is First Notice of Loss. He is the worst. He wants a team of butt kissers so be prepared. He is the first department that you have to work if you want to move up. Very condescending and passive aggressive. You have to to defend yourself because he will make it seems as you are incompetent. He gets away with his antics because the director loves him. So when you are out there you really are alone. Also this is really family connected. So when they are describing family environment, they really mean amongst each other. People are moving up the ladder but don’t be fooled it’s family member or a friend
