      Work at Epiq if you want to be treated like garbage.

      Pros

      Virtually none in the contract review work.

      Cons

      Licensed attorneys are not treated like professionals. We are required to check all of our personal belongings into a locker (including cell phones) before entering the work space. They say this is for "confidentiality purposes" to create a clean room environment. We are all already bound by ethical duties of priv and confidentiality. This is just a way to micro-manage and make people feel small.

      There are no pros for this company. Stay away. Poor management and have no intentions of keeping you. Just padding data so that it looks good to potential clients.

      EPIQ f/k/a DTI THEY CHANGED THERE NAME BECAUSE DTI HAS TOO MANY BAD REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. They hire people with no intentions of keeping them. They lie to the clients on the services they can provide. They fire people with no notice/write-up, Very unprofessional management. They meet the full-time employee at the time clock, call you in a room and fire you two days prior to completing 90-day probation. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

      Great managers. But, they also seemed unsatisfied in their jobs.

      Cons

      Feeling of distrust and unhappiness everywhere. Often felt isolated in a cubicle. Low pay for very hard work.
