      Nothing pros only have cons.

      Without reason salary deduction. Management is very bad, HR have not power to do anything like approve leave an all, No annul leaves or public leave or sick leave.. 6 day working. Money will deduct if employee taking sick leave. treating employee like labour and personal servant.
