      If you're aiming for a long-term career in the mental health field, this is an excellent starting point. As well majority of the housing staff, nurses, and clinical team are amazing to work with, they brought energy, compassion, kindness, and fun to a difficult job.

      Cons

      Navigating the mental health field at this company can be challenging due to the demands of working with individuals in distress, long hours, and inadequate interdepartmental communication. Given high burnout rates and management challenges, it's generally not advisable to stay here for an extended duration.
