      “THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL JOB EVER!!!”

      Pros

      You get paid(most of the time) The Charlotte office location is within driving distance to better jobs, so this makes going on interviews for other jobs a breeze.

      Cons

      Horrible Management Favoritism Horrible Training( I mean you will literally learn nothing). Managers with Horrible attitudes HR automatically sides with managers(no matter what) Dead end job Bullying Mentality From Management

      Zero regard for employee retention; inept management.

      Pros

      The job experience can at least serve as resume padding; some aspects of work were challenging. I met some really great colleagues there that I still keep in touch with (since we all found better jobs where we are valued, respected and paid a decent wage).

      Cons

      Inept and abusive management; ridiculously low salary rates with zero cost-of-living adjustments; when a person leaves the company they often "backfill" the job duties which results in two people being forced to do the work that six people used to perform - triple the workload, zero increase in compensation. Zero morale. They do not seem to care to retain quality employees - any warm body in a chair will do. They might as well put a revolving door in the office with the turnover rate they have.

      Pros

      You will meet amazing people who will all leave you for better jobs, because let's be honest, you can't get much worse than Integreon.

      Cons

      Integreon is a horrible place to work. I would only recommend working here to people that I don't like because they will suffer. Upper management has no regard or respect for their employees. Their only goal is financial gain for their shareholders and their own bonus checks.
