      Won't pay for certifications unless absolutely needed. Difficult to track time due to horrible software.

      Steady work and a small business feel. Employees are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Management is prone to knee-jerk reactions and they make full use of "At Will" employment. So be vigilant. You can lose your job for literally no reason.
