Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Intellitix full-time for more than a year
Pros
- All inclusive travel (meals, transportation, accommodation) - Organized team and repeatable processes - Your team will become your friends and family - Wide variety of events
Cons
- Extreme opaqueness in company decision-making and direction - Very little work/life balance - Product has failed to evolve since it's inception; company has seemingly already peaked - The company pinches pennies anywhere it can. You will be asked to do two or three jobs with zero additional compensation - Winter layoffs are common - Extremely high turnover - When someone leaves, expect the responsibilities to be shared among the remaining people in the department instead of finding a suitable replacement - Lack of company vision and culture - New software versions get rolled out without proper testing, the product functions worse in 2018 than it did in 2016 - Don't ever mention overtime

Pros
Great team, Managers are leaders in the true sense. If you get an opportunity go for it.
Cons
you have to wear more than a few hats at a time, as the company is still growing. If you look at the brighter side of it is great as it adds a lot of skills and experience.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Intellitix full-time
Pros
- Great, growing team where you'll get to work along side some very impressive people - Really rare to find a place where you are able to get out of it what you put in. I've been very lucky to be able to take part in initiatives and projects that helped make a real impact on the business. - Meritocracy -- little to no politics in the office and the best idea usually wins. It's expected that all levels ask questions and offer solutions. - Rapidly changing and growing company means there are constant opportunities for you to contribute and find a way to make impact. - Super fun industry and people.
Cons
- It's a relatively small, driven team so definitely not the place for you if you're looking for somewhere to just "coast". - A couple of weekends where it's "all hands on deck" when 4-5 major global events are happening at the same time, so everyone can be busy during those.
