I have been working at Inter Parfums full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Fast paced, yet fun. Good people.
Good salary. Summer hours. Early Friday.

    Cons

    Must document everything.
Some departments like to work in silos.

    Advice to Management

Reward those that care. Stop bringing so many French interns. Open up room for advancement.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

A good step stone opportunity, nice people, great office infrastructure and location, the CEO only shows up from Paris once a month. During Summer Fridays you can leave at 1pm-2pm if you can't finish your tasks before that time. It's close to Bryant Park where you can go to have lunch and people watch in the summer time.

    Cons

It doesn't provide you with much opportunity to grow within the company, salary and benefits are low compared to its competitors.

    Advice to Management

    Improve employees salary's package

I worked at Inter Parfums full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Office was nice and very modern. Benefits were ok.

    Cons

Remember high school? That is what you get in this office. Too bad the ring leaders are higher ups. Employs too many interns who don't mind getting little pay because they have rich parents.

    Pros

Small company, hands on work, talented staff, global business contacts, summer Friday's, fast paced learning environment.

    Cons

Poor women's benefits, no matching 401 k, small raises, no encouragement for advancement or staff moral to build staff, not family friendly.

    Pros

Laid back work environment, decent benefits, nice working hours - summer hours and early dismissal on Fridays

    Cons

    Too many to mention here

    Advice to Management

Stop looking at Facebook during working hours. It's a joke when they call out regular employees on it but not when you have "friends in higher places"
