Smart Thinking. They hire visit visa holders with uae experience and get their job done until their visa expires and then you are out. No salary & No visa. They have few awards in the reception for which they itself paid.

Multiple staff have left this company because Shane does not pay his staff. Don't be fooled by the website and ''marketing' updates online, this is not a professional company at all. The company has failed to complete a single project and still takes on more new jobs without finishing previous projects. (Dont know how clients sign the contract without even having a proper background check)They don't provide visa for employees and give no support, no motivation and no salary for months and years. He doesn't even have a valid license to run the company. Don't be fooled by his LinkedIn job posts, he will get the work done but will never pay you.
