Awful bullying culture. When things go wrong the senior management are supportive will tear you down. Absolutely no acknowledgement on health and wellbeing - When you are unwell and call in sick you are still expected to re-arrange your clinics yourself and call the practices yourself. - highly unethical. Targets and KPIs are based on how many changes you make to medications. Some of this information is passed on to Pharma companies so that they carry on funding the reviews. You are constantly questioned by practice staff and patients about your integrity. People often make changes to patients medications even if isn’t in the patients best interests to meet KPIs. Please avoid! Don’t let the ‘benefits ‘ trick you. They also trick you into thinking you will naturally progress within your role within a year. This is a lie. You are battling with the rest of the nation to get that a promotion, which they base on the ability to reach sales targets and not your clinical skills.
