      lots of hours, get to sit in the cool a/c,very laid back

      Cons

      no benefits at all, very unorganized, management does not care for their employees, would only recommend this job to someone as a last resort based job

      Basically you have a job that pays very low.

      Cons

      No health benefits, extremely low for security industry.. Horrible management... Nothing good about them.
