Pros

I can not think of one single pro...that is really sad because I stayed out of fear so many years.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional. Company management is very shady. Wants you to believe you are a valued employee all the while belittling you and talking about you behind your back to other employees with the same rank as you. Such as asking other employees to spy on a direct co-worker instead of just having a meeting (which you have so many meetings it should be easy to schedule one) to tell you what the problem is and were you can improve. If you allowed improvement then you might be eligible for compensation for good work such as a raise and that will not happen. Failure is the only option with this job due to the fact that you are not given all the job information, expectations or tools up front to successfully preform the job. Then when you fail it can be looked at as a reason to not advance you or give out a raise, even when you have had spotless employee reviews and never had a displincary action taken against you. Knowing the threat of FIRING is made clear daily if you do not produce success.

Pros

The only pro to working at this location is that there is a casual dress code.

Cons

There are several downsides: only medical insurance. There are no other benefits. Paid vacation is given but hard to get approved. No sick pay provided. Frequently have to work nights and weekends to meet deadlines. Environment hostile among coworkers. Job duties change frequently. Pay does not match position. Very little training or support provided. Management does not get along with other management and staff. What is told will be taking place is always opposite from the truth. Favoritism among certain employees. Job description at interview did not match job duties. There is no opportunity for advancement. All positions lateral. Workload exceeds available staff.

Thanks for this feedback, anonymous. I can see from your posting date that you worked in our US office through a very hard time of transition in terms of structure and culture. I don't think you'd recognize the company now, thankfully. Wishing you every success, and thanks again.
