      Good environment, bad organisation

      Pros

      No pressure, good team environment, good work life balance, i learnt diverse things but not in depth.

      Cons

      They delayed payment for 20 days (only once), the upper management was so bad that we felt unsafe for the future of such a large company. My team's organisation was not good, and we lacked senior members.
