Company car, freedom to work in your own way.

Cons

Poor pay, poor management and poor communication. Make sure that the performance review actually means something and not choose to ignore it when making decisions that affect people's livelihood.

Pros

Autonomy: If you know what you need to do you’re trusted to do it. Trusted and supported to do great work. Supportive: If you don’t know what to do the people at Involve will help you. The support from all levels down is amazing. They really are a second family. Family / work balance: Involve has really flexible and supported WFH policies where needed. Innovative and progressive: Systems are continuously developed and improved. Some are a little dated but they are always trying to improve. Products and services adapt with the times and the market and have a positive and meaningful impact on public services, which you can be proud to be a part of. Inclusive: Involve offers great internal training for Technical understanding, Management training, Sign Language from their own interpretation team. Amazing HR: HR Team are very supportive, caring and easy to talk to. They offer great advice, support and will always listen and offer educational courses, mental health wellness, and support programs for dealing with personal issues. High energy, driven and fast paced work either where personal development is always encouraged! Fun, Collaborative and sociable: Involve has a great bunch of people to work with which makes for fun and social work environment. SMT is very approachable, easy to engage with and down to earth.

Cons

Recognise and champion demonstrated hard work, good work ethic and dedication with promotion. Pay Some of the salaries are on the lower side of what the market is paying in similar roles. Especially given the current climate. Outdated and office space, but it is improving Otherwise a great employer. .
