Pros

Nothing. No benefits. No insurance. 6-month probationary period.

Cons

I applied to this company and received an offer. After doing their interview process, including an on-site and programming assignment, they changed it from full time into contract. They lied about the pay. They agreed to X pay before and during the interview. When I received the offer, it was X/3 pay. Do not trust this company. They bring you in with promises, then hope you're desperate enough to accept the lies. And yes, their office is a prison cell.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your experience. We do not have any records of making such an offer. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer with a diverse workforce. We offer merit-based & competitive compensation, good benefits, and a lot of opportunities for growth. We treat all of our team members with complete fairness. Since we do not have any account of employing you, please provide additional information to verify your employment with our company 1) Please provide a copy of offer letter and employment documents. This can be emailed to hr@invonto.com. Our job offers are always competitive and as per the market standards. You've mentioned receiving an offer 1/3rd of your expected salary so this will help determine whether you were offered below market salary or whether your expectations were substantially higher. It is not unusual for a company to offer a salary that doesn't match what a candidate might be seeking. And if our job offer didn't meet your expectations then you might not have even accepted that offer. So please clarify if you've actually worked with us as per your review or just went through the interview process. 2) Most of our benefits such as paid healthcare, paid vacation days, sick days, flex-time, working-from-home, paid bereavement days, education reimbursement, fitness allowance etc are listed on the offer letter, employment agreement, and other onboarding documents. There are several additional perks such as free snacks, free lunches, training program, career counseling etc which are offered without mentioning. Benefits are standard across all full-time employees and even the hourly employees receive many of these benefits. 3) Similar to most of the businesses, our standard policy is to offer a 3-month probation period. A 3-month probation period serves as a training and onboarding period. 6-month probation period mentioned on your review seems inaccurate. After receiving copies of hiring documents, we will investigate to ensure there were no errors on our part. At the same time, if you find out that there are inaccuracies in your review then please update your review. Inaccurate reviews can discourage potential job seekers from job opportunities that could otherwise prove to be a great stepping stone in their careers. You might already know that many of our former employees are now working for Apple, Google, SAP, Accenture, Avis, and other major corporations. They credit their career growth to experience & mentoring they received while working with us. We have several great opportunities available for our New Jersey and New York locations. These opportunities could be a great fit for many job seekers looking to advance their career. We look forward to hearing from you.
