Pros

Work here if u like unisex toilets and a dirty workplace and staffs that cannot speak proper english

Cons

Bad toilet, Bad Vibes, Bad Food or should i say no food choices at all since the location is secluded as hell? Anyway, Etzel (the boss) is only nice to you if you arent his employee, if you happen to be his worker, he treats you like you are expendable and has high expectations despite his inability to live up to his own standards. Bosses treat this place like its their home, showering, taking off their shirts, peeing in random places. Bravo.

Pros

The first thing you notice is the awful smell—it’s like chicken manure everywhere. It’s unbearable and makes it hard to concentrate on work. On top of that, the facilities are really bad. There’s no proper toilet, which is totally unacceptable. It’s not just annoying; it’s gross. I honestly think the building might not even be safe; the doors don’t close properly, which shows a lack of care for the place. The absence of basic facilities shows that the company doesn’t care about its employees. It’s hard to feel motivated when the basics aren’t taken care of

Cons

Working at itmeng has been one of the worst experiences of my career. The promises made during the interview process turned out to be empty. There is no bonus structure or salary increments, despite consistently going above and beyond. To make matters worse, you’re frequently expected to work weekends with no additional compensation. The company seems to operate on the assumption that employees have no lives outside of work. The lack of work-life balance is staggering, leading to burnout and high turnover. example one man run 10 + site per day
