Pros

Awesome co workers thats all.

Cons

Horrible expectations for the workload, poor training. Horrible communication with management. Poorly managed and rude higher ups. I been looked at wrong for saying good morning and ignored countless of times. So many issues and constant changes yet lack to communicate said changes then expected to have known. NOT worth more, especially the pay for an IT position even as entry for the work is a down right disgrace. The job is a revolving door with employees never know who is next to be fired, those that are still there hate it and look depressed even some had said "this place drains you" also they dont acknowledge veterans, they will acknowledge EVERYTHING else like pizza day or flannel day but veterans day.

NOT WORTH IT

Pros

Flexible schedule and nice co workers

Cons

Lacking involved management, training, safety procedures, and resources to do the job asked. Most cases you will be let go after the probation period based on unattainable goals which coincides with the afore listed cons. Turnover seems to be at an all time high.

Pros

Basic knowledge for those eager to step into the field of information technology. The work is relatively simple and straightforward. Free food (sometimes).

Cons

Monotonous and a high workload. Trying to maintain near pinpoint accuracy coupled with a high workload and strict deadlines is a doomed strategy. Management is unstructured and can lead to confusion when trying to accurately preform your duties. There is a high turnover rate for the evaluation department. The immediate firing of long-term as well as short-term employees can turn the experience of working here into a stressful guessing game of "who's next". Most people I saw terminated, or those who quit were there for a year or less. You will not advance yourself here at ItsWorthMore, which is generously told to you in the initial interview. Lastly, management is receptive to problems you encounter while preforming your duties, however, most problems are put to the side, or more frequently, dismissed on the spot. This place is a meat-grinder.
