      You learn a lot here but it truly is a stepping stone.

      Cons

      you're overworked and underpaid, expected to stay in the office until 5:30 even when your work is done. after 1-2 years you can MAYBE make 31,000 annually.

      Compensation, not the least bit interested in extending work/life balance -- what a shame since most employees are women, lacks diversity and inclusiveness, C-suite treats producers like children, insane amount of meetings so nothing gets done
