Terrible management, the president was a college quarterback with a chip on his shoulder who thinks he should’ve went pro, didn’t make it so worked at FedEx as a supervisor and then came to run the company because of his last name. So he’s a president of a company with zero company management experience and has to have all decisions made for him by investors.
the operators are good to work with if they are kept long enough
Cons
upper management is completely out of touch with the production floor, there are 20 people total and half of them are operators and the other half are upper management. All they do is watch the operators on the cameras like a zoo. It is absolutely invasive. They make the operators work from 5:00am-3:30pm and management comes in at 8am and leaves when they please. There is no communication between them
Founders/ owners retired by selling it to Hadley Capital in 2021 Workers work hard but under compensated and always reminded they are replaceable. Will be difficult for the new owners ever to fix this place and get their money back when they sell it (their known plan) even though they make a lot of noise about understanding how successful companies should be run. Looks like they bought a bad goose egg, not a golden one.
