      Pros

      - Good benefit - Good official hours: actual hours varies from team to team so I can't say - Salary is ok - not best in the industry but above average (Hourly rate using official working hour) - Generally good bonus in March - Good office - Stable : rarely fire people (apply to mid-range employee)

      - Belongs to a large group (Jardine Matheson) so it's quite rigid. However flexibility can be offered by your department / line manager - Working hours can be long (longer than on-site engineers but probably less than consultancy - Bureaucratic
